Party Hall : Booking & Usage Guidelines

Booking

Bookings can be made through ApnaComplex or by contacting a Club House executive. The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment. In case of non-receipt of payment within 48 hours of the request, the slot will be cancelled and opened for other residents to book. Cash payments or transfers to staff accounts are not accepted.

If the hall is closed by GOA due to unavoidable circumstances, charges will be fully refunded. The refund amount will appear in your next maintenance invoice. Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing.

General Guidelines

Maximum 80 people are allowed inside the Party Hall at any given time. Children parties are permitted only when accompanied by adult members. Special caution shall be exercised by the parent of the child hosting party that no accidents/incidents take place and that club property is not damaged..

Adhere to the Timings

The party hall is available for residents to rent for 5 hours, (from 10am to 3pm and 5pm to 10pm). The hall will be available for decoration purposes 1 hour prior to the booking. The morning slot must vacate the hall promptly at 3pm to allow for cleaning and setup for the evening slot. The evening slot must vacate the hall promptly at 10pm.

Vendors & Caterers

If food and beverages are outsourced, the host must ensure that the vendors do not violate or damage the property. It will be the host’s responsibility to brief the vendors. Vendors must clean the area they used. Hosts should instruct caterers not to spill oil on the grass near the outdoor cooking area

What is not permitted

  • No Loud music
  • No Alcoholic drinks
  • No fire or gas stoves inside the party hall.
  • Not more than 2 inductions are permitted.
  • Do not nail or clip decorations to the walls and glass
  • Do not keep chairs or other items outside the party hall
  • Place the posters, banners and other decorative items only at the entrance and in designated areas.
  • The chairs and tables provided inthe hall are NOT to be used in the cooking area

Any damage to any area of the party hall, to the chairs & tables and other equipment provided will be charged to the flat.

Party Hall for Community Events

The Party Hall will be provided free for Community events that benefit all residents of Greenage, such as a blood donation camps, Block level get togethers and other events marked on the event calendar of Greenage.

  • Request for community events in the Party Halls shall be written to GOA at goa-events@googlegroups.com, at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
  • GOA reserves the right to decide the number of free slots given for the event. Any more slots required must be paid for.
  • If the Party Hall is already booked by any other resident, the request may be rejected
  • The requestor for Party Hall will be considered as the organizer of the event. Any penalities related to misuse or damage to the Party Hall is invoiced to the flat of the organizer.
  • The Party Hall provided free of charge shall not be used for personal parties or for any kind of monetary benefit. No stalls will be permitted.
