Mandatory Guidelines for Processions
To keep up the community spirit and sense of unity, for any event, permission will be given only to one organizing committee to conduct the event and the procession in Greenage. To ensure a harmonious living environment, following guidelines need to be followed for processions and festivities:
- Noise Restrictions: No loud drums, speakers, or other loud noise-making activities that may inconvenience residents, will be allowed.
- Procession Route: Processions are permitted for one full round around the complex, with a maximum duration of one hour.
- Drumming Traditions: For festivals where drums are an integral part, drumming is to be done only in the temple area outside.
- Loudspeaker Usage: Where our residents are arranging loudspeakers in the temple area, they must adhere to permissible decibel levels and reasonable hours.
- Prior Notice: Residents planning to hold a procession must inform the GOA Events committee in advance.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment.
Party Hall for Community Events
The Party Hall will be provided free for Community events that benefit all residents of Greenage, such as a blood donation camps, Block level get togethers and other events marked on the event calendar of Greenage.
- Request for community events in the Party Halls shall be written to GOA at goa-events@googlegroups.com, at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
- GOA reserves the right to decide the number of free slots given for the event. Any more slots required must be paid for.
- If the Party Hall is already booked by any other resident, the request may be rejected
- The requestor for Party Hall will be considered as the organizer of the event. Any penalities related to misuse or damage to the Party Hall is invoiced to the flat of the organizer.
- The Party Hall provided free of charge shall not be used for personal parties or for any kind of monetary benefit. No stalls will be permitted.
